Dialogue 2013: Mental Health
We welcome ideas and article proposals from diverse voices—from educators, faculty and administration to mental health professionals and students— on how schools are addressing mental health, our new theme for the 2013 issue of Dialogue magazine.
How is your school promoting mental health (to staff and students) and helping with related issues through your curriculum, policies, programs, guidelines, teacher training, practices, lessons and teachings inside and outside the classroom?
Submit your ideas & article proposals on Mental Health:
- Fundamentals on mental health (e.g. major issues, barriers and stigma)
- Pedagogy and programs: What works and what doesn’t?
- Emotional intelligence or EQ
- Support systems and training
Submission deadlines:
For 2013 Dialogue Print Edition — June 29, 2012:
For DialogueOnline.ca — Open year round
(Articles will still be considered for publication online and in the e-newsletter throughout the year)
