The Canadian International School of Egypt (CISE) is an Ontario Ministry of Education registered K-12 located in Cairo, Egypt. CISE is entering its eighth year of successful operation and currently has around 700 students.As Director of CISE, you will develop and implement a strategic plan that will ensure the sustainability and growth of CISE in a highly competitive and challenging environment.

Your knowledge of the Ontario education system or overseas Canadian school systems, your proven experience with private schools, and your leadership skills will be highly valued as you take CISE into an exciting phase of growth. Strategic, passionate and business-minded, you provide clear direction to your administration team, helping them to set priorities, timelines and work plans in line with the CISE Owner’s vision.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Provide direction to the CISE school Principals to ensure the sound management and administration of CISE
• Oversee preparation of projected enrollment on yearly basis
• With the assistance of Principals, develop and implement an outreach plan with parents and stakeholders
• Represent CISE in major events and student and staff recruitment fairs in Egypt and Canada
• Oversee the development and implementation of an annual communications plan
• Develop school-community relations and make contact with prospective parents
• Develop and implement a business development plan over three years with targets in line with the Owners’ objectives
• Monitor and evaluate CISE Administration (Principals, Vice-Principal and administrative staff)
